Big Rock Candy Mountaineering Arctic Down Parka

Before outdoor gear settled into a uniform palette of black, grey and olive, mountaineers relied on colour for a very practical reason: visibility. The bright reds, yellows and blues that defined mid-century expedition wear were a survival tool so much as a style choice. Big Rock Candy Mountaineering revisits that era with its Arctic Parka, drawing inspiration from the pioneering American outdoor brands. Built with a durable nylon shell and generously filled with plush duck down, it’s full of old-school character with the dependable cold-weather performance you’d expect.
